	I tried to buy from NTE directly but was informed I had to purchase through a local distributor, Why? I called my local distributor for a particular item but they did not have it in stock. I need it urgently! What should I do? I have your QUICKCross software. If I put in the NTE device number, will it give me all of the part numbers that cross to it? After installing QUICKCross, I click the icon and receive the NTE logo and then the screen disappears. Why? While trying to run QUICKCross on an older Win95 machine I receive an error stating the software "requires version 4.70 or greater of COMCTL32.DLL". Where can I find this file? How do I obtain the free Acrobat Reader to view your on-line data sheets? I cannot locate datasheets for TTL and CMOS type devices anywhere on your website. Why? Where can I find application notes, typical applications circuits, test circuits, schematics, internal diagrams, and characteristic curves for NTE devices? How do I interpret the date codes stamped on NTE devices? My NTE device has the letters "LF" stamped on it. What does this mean? The packaging that my NTE device came in has a symbol of a circle with a line through it over the letters "Pb". What does this mean? When using NTE's on-line datasheet search, do I need to add "LF" to the device number to find the correct datasheet? How do I determine the location of "Pin1" on NTE's SIP and DIP type IC packages? While running QUICKCross on a machine using the Windows Vista operating system, I cannot view the "Help" file. Why is this?
